The Sociobehavioral and Prevention Research Core (SPRC) of the Center for AIDS Research is composed of biomedical, social, and behavioral scientists focusing on two priority aims: (1) supporting HIV Prevention Research and (2) Community Outreach for translation of research findings into practice both locally and globally. The SPRC also has a unique capacity in modeling behavioral aspects of HIV transmission dynamics and partnership networks.
