Spotlight - Jennifer Foster
The SPRC is delighted to announce the hiring of Jennifer Foster to fill our new Research Coordinator position. Jennifer has a PhD in Geography from the University of Colorado and has most recently worked at the University of Washington, where she taught in the Department of Geography and the Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences program. Jennifer comes to the SPRC with a strong background in the social sciences, development, and urban geography, as well as a regional expertise in sub-Saharan Africa and international field experience in South Africa. Jennifer has also worked at the National Academy of Sciences for the Committee on International Organizations and Programs and is looking forward to working closely with the SPRC community to strengthen linkages among social, behavioral, and clinical researchers and to advance sociobehavioral and prevention research.
